I took a self rescue class over the weekend and learned a bunch of great techniques to help me whenclimbing and something goes wrong.  Self rescue techniques are pretty straight forward, when looking at them on paper, but trying to recreate them without assistance gets a little tougher.  I took these photos so I would have a good record of the different systems that were taught.  Thanks to Matt Shove for putting on a very informative class.
